You might be here because something feels off — or maybe everything feels off — and you’re not quite sure where to start. Maybe you’re carrying questions that don’t have easy answers, or feelings you can’t fully name yet. Whatever brought you here, you’re in the right place.
I’m a registered clinical counsellor who works with the whole of you: your thoughts, your body, and that quieter inner voice that sometimes knows things before your mind catches up. Whether you call it intuition, spirit, or soul doesn’t matter — what matters is that we won’t leave it out of the room.
Our work together won’t look like a textbook session. It might include breathwork, a walk outside, or a little help from my dog. It will always include genuine connection, curiosity, and someone who takes your healing seriously — without taking themselves too seriously.
If you’re looking for a counsellor who will meet you where you are and challenge you when you’re ready, I’d love to connect.

Laughter can be an incredible healer. A little lightness can help us breathe through the heavy stuff and can remind us that healing doesn’t have to be super serious to be valuable.

I trust the wisdom that lives beneath the surface in all of us. Whether it shows up as a gut feeling, a sudden insight, or a quiet knowing, intuition almost always leads us exactly where we need to go.

I show up as my real self — and encourage you to do the same. I value clear, compassionate connection, even when it means having the kind of conversations that ask us to look deeper and work harder.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent time as an investigative journalist, a marketing and communications manager in the nonprofit sector, and very early in my life, as a hair stylist. Each chapter taught me something different about myself and others—how we show up in the world, what we learn through our challenges, and how valuable our instincts can be if we listen to them.
Now, in this later-in-life career change, I’ve learned that you’re never too old to start again… and again. I bring that perspective into my work, meeting clients where they are—with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of possibility.

I have a particular interest in the big transitions that happen in life — finding your footing as a young adult, the shifting identity of parenthood, empty-nesting, navigating menopause, and stepping into the third stage of life. These are the moments when deeper questions tend to surface, and I find that’s often where the most meaningful work happens.
I’m also drawn to working with people when life stops following the plan — those moments of unexpected change, uncertainty, and having to find a new way forward. Having navigated some significant detours of my own, I bring something personal to this work, not just professional.
Outside of work, I’m the proud mother of two grown sons and the devoted human to two nutty but loving dogs who keep life lively and a little too hairy (literally).
